UBC Group was founded in 1962 and quickly became the first national distributor of imported bearings in Mainland China. Growing from strength to strength, UBC leveraged the growing industrial capacity of China to build a solid manufacturing infrastructure and now produces a wide array of high quality bearings for a very diverse set of applications.
Deep Groove Ball Bearings
Deep groove ball bearings are the most widely used bearing type with a broad dimension range and extensive varieties. Deep groove ball bearings mainly accommodate radial load, and limited axial load. With small friction torque. Applicable to occasions with high rotation precision and high rotation speed.

High Precision Angular Contact Ball Bearings
Angular contact ball bearings can accommodate combined radial load and axial load, or only axial load from one direction, running with a relative high rotation speed. In most occasions angular contact bearings are assembled in pair(s).
Contact angle of 15°, 25°, 30°, 40° are available for angular contact ball bearings. Bearing with bigger contact angle can accommodate bigger axial load. While bearing with smaller contact angle are good for applications with high rotation speed.
Angular contact bearings are available with pressed steel cage, glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 cage, one-piece machined cage with material of brass or bakelite.

Self-Aligning Ball Bearings
Self-aligning ball bearing features two race-ways in inner ring and a common spherical raceway in outer ring.
The bearing is conse-quently self-aligning and resistant to angular misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing.
It's designed for applications where considerable shaft misalignment occurs by incorrect manufacturing or mounting process.
Self-aligning ball bearings mainly accommodate radial load, and can also carry a small amount of axial load, but cant afford to pure axial load.

Thrust Ball Bearings
Thrust ball bearings are separable bearings, including a shaft washer (to match with the shaft), a seat washer (to match with the bearing housing), and a piece of balls & cage assembly.
There are two types of thrust ball bearings: Single-direction thrust ball bearing and bio-direction thrust ball bearing.
Single-direction thrust ball bearing can only bear axial load from one direction, and can be used for axial positioning in single direction.
Bio-direction thrust ball bearing can bear axial loads from two directions, and can be used for axial positioning in two directions.
Thrust ball bearings are generally available with pressed steel cage. Machined steel cage or brass cage are also possible.

Taper Roller Bearings (Metric & Inch Design)
Tapered roller bearings can accommodate combined radial and axial loads but mainly radial load. While taper roller bearings with larger contact angle can bear combined radial and axial loads but mainly axial load.
Tapered roller bearing are of separated bearing, the cone (inner ring and rollers & cage assembly) and the cup can be installed separately. In process of installation and use, radial and axial clearance of bearings can be adjusted, and pre-interference installation is also possible.

Thrust Spherical Roller Bearing
Thrust spherical roller bearings are with reinforced optimized design, with can bear combined axial and radial loads but mainly axial load.
The spherical raceway center of the seat washer is in line with the bearing center.
The rollers adopt asymmetric spherical design, which can reduce the relative sliding between the rollers and the raceway during operation. The rollers are arranged in spherical shape, with automatic self-aligning function, contact angle of approx. 45 degree.
Thrust spherical roller bearings are suitable for large mechanical equipment with high speed.

Bearing Units & Bearing Inserts
Unit bearing is assembled by a sealed-type insert bearing with extended inner ring, together with a housing.
The spherical match between the bearing and the housing makes unit bearing has function of automatic self-aligning, and compensates the axial misalignment, long axis deflection and installation bottom surface deformation caused by installation error.
The main types of unit bearings are:
- Unit bearing with vertical housing - UCP
- Unit bearing with square-shape housing - UCF
- Unit bearing with diamond-shape housing - UCFL
- Unit bearing with T-shape housing - UCT
- Unit bearing with round-shape housing - UCFC
Unit bearing has compact structure, convenient for assembly and disassembly, suitable for supporting.
Unit bearings are widely used in mining, metallurgy, agriculture, chemical industry, conveyor, etc.
